I went to have lunch today and the bread of my sandwich had fennel seeds in it. Ugh... shiver. Whoever thought to add fennel seeds into a perfectly good sandwich has forgotten how to use their tastebuds. Yuck!

AGREED. I hate seeds in my bread.
I love fennel seeds! I used to have a jar just like that one pictured, I'd pop them lil things in me mouf all day... de-lish!

i hate fennel seeds too. except when they're in tea. that picture sure is pretty though
