I wanted to be an interior designer for about a year of my life. I'm glad that I didn't for many reasons. However, I will always miss amazing wallpaper. List: a John Bessler Photograph, Ribbon as wallpaper by Studio Ditte, and the amazing patterns from Designers Guild

This season's cards. First designed by the lovely Ally Haigh. Second from my aunt who's hair stylist has some pretty neat illustrations: Simply Simkin. I hope everyone's holidays were fantastic. Thanks for the awesome gifts. Top of this year is the long awaited light box I've been in great need of.

Toys and Things

The family that I nanny for has some pretty sweet toys. The girls play-kitchen is stocked with many wooden pieces of food that velcro together so you can "cut" it (top image). They are from Nest Organics. It's all so delicious.
Another favorite, Ink and Wit Everything Counts Poster. I've seen her stuff around before, never gets old.

Getting back to buisness

Hello::Form

I'll be graduating soon. What a big event. I don't even know what to think of it yet. I did realize one thing. I will cry. No more access to the beautiful printshop. I just learned how to letterpress and now I have to leave it. Hopefully to work with in the future but that won't be for many many years i'm afraid. I made these promotional dealies for fun. Goodness from the design presentations number one. I thought I might die, but I gave my presentation and it was good. I did ok, got a direction. It was good. Good stuff. Time to work. Working hard.

sun::light

The cold has chased us all inside once more. When I got home today the sun was hitting my windows and I saw hope for spring. With a room full of windows I found the perfect spot for the new Insights poster. Kitten enjoyed the sun too.

School hasn't started. I spend most of my time fiddling around on my computer and sketchbook tearing apart my brain to figure out what to do for senior project. Most of the background has been filled with many hours of disney movies. I got into looking at the old posters. Perhaps the posters from other countries are better.

What's the difference between Jam & Jelly?

This little book has been sitting on my dinning room table for a while.
I don't know who's it is. I find it very lovely.
